The Team

Founder
Meridyth Canham

Meri started her career as a PA / Paraplanner in a large, high profile London based financial services company.

Her ability to organise and manage many tasks at once was soon recognised and, just over a year after she joined, Meri also became responsible for running a weekly breakfast business club in London’s West End.

In 2001 Meri left London and came back to East Anglia, where she cruised her way through a successful sales career in Software and Technology.

In 2005 Meri took on a huge challenge, she was personally asked to manage all aspects of a high street practice, but did not want to go back to London, so she did it remotely. And she did it successfully.

So successfully in fact that she realised she could turn this into an actual business.

In 2005 Meri founded Officextras, and since then, many businesses and individuals alike have had the opportunity to concentrate on what they’re really good at.

Meri’s key skills are Event Management, Communications, Marketing and Business Development.

Training/Communications
Vittoria Rubino

Vittoria is Italian and her ambition led her to leave her native country when she was only 22.

In the early part of her career, Vittoria lived in London, worked 3 jobs in Retail and finally climbed her way to Senior Management.

In 1997 Vittoria bought a computer and discovered technology and the digital world.

In 1998 she left London, bought a house in Peterborough and had a career change.

Starting from the bottom again, Vittoria learnt about databases, platforms, spreadsheet and word processing, but in 2000 she knew enough that she started a career in software and product training.

Vittoria has run her own IT Consultancy business for many years, and more recently joined a not for profit organisation to run a multi-million pounds digital project.

Her key skills are Communications, Training, Project Management, and Product Documentation.

Office Support Team
Rebecca, Bronwen and Chantelle

Rebecca is our customer relationship expert with over 10 years in customer support in the financial services industry.

Bronwen is our numbers whiz, with 8 years experience running the purchasing and accounts department at a large abrasives firm.

Chantelle has a background in law, and worked as a paralegal in the UK.  Although she has now moved to the USA, she still works very closely with us dealing with all things organisational!
